The product and service provided by ECO Office were both amazing. Matt Benak worked with us for weeks to find all the right configurations. He performed so many drawing iterations and went way above and beyond in his service level. He even had to customize a desk size to make a firm partner happy. He was extremely patient during this back-and-forth process. He was very professional, as were the install team. Kudos to them, too.

From the first call I made to ECO Office, Matt's communication was terrific. He said we would be able to furnish our entire new suite within our budget and guided me to the right products. Not knowing anything about modular/modern day office furniture, Matt explained everything in detail and was available every step of the way and all the way through our last items being in our hands.

Coming from a law office with traditional, dark, heavy furniture, we weren't 100% sure that the new products would be as sturdy and functional. To our surprise, everything we selected is extremely functional and styled to fit our new (more modern) office space.

I would use ECO Office again and would definitely ask for Matt Benak.

UPDATE: I recently completed another, much larger, project with Eco Office and would still recommend them to anyone needing to build out an office area with desks, drawers, shelves, and cubicle walls. We recently moved our Engineering department to a new building so the previously-occupied space could be used for manufacturing. Matt was very responsive and helped me lay out 13 new cubes in a space previously used for manufacturing. I had a LOT of questions for him and he answered each one in a way that helped me make all the little decisions involved in laying out a new space. Matt even figured out what we could reuse from our old space to save a little money.

I only had to wait 2 or 3 weeks for installation once we'd agreed on a layout. The installation team arrived on time. They were easy to communicate with and got everything installed very efficiently and neatly.

Once we moved into our new space, Eco Office came back and removed the cubes from the old space free of charge.

I've been very pleased with the communication and customer service I received from Eco Office and would recommend them to anyone looking to build out an office space.

We've purchased new furniture and refurbed cubicles from Eco Office and are extremely satisfied with the pricing, installation service provided and quality of the new and used furniture. Joe Cain was our sales rep and communicated well throughout the entire process. The installation team was prompt, professional and left the area clean of any packing material. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Eco Office for all your office needs! We had a fire in our commercial building two years ago and reached out to Matt Benak to get replacement furniture for our 27 cubicle open office area, 3 conference rooms, breakroom, and front lobby. Matt invited me down to their showroom in Milpitas (Pre-COVID) and look at the various selections. The detail that Matt put into it was awesome he came down to the office and took measurements (remember Pre-COVID) explained to me what they can do. We did maybe 2 small revisions and done, then sent me a quote. Due to this being an insurance claim Matt followed up with me which made me feel that they wanted the business and that is what I look for.

Fast forward almost 2 years later we were able to move forward on the insurance side and gave the PO to Matt and scheduling was simple and easy with no hassle. They were able to get everything installed in LESS than 2 days! All their workers had the proper PPE (Masks, gloves, sanitizer) and they kept our safety a major priority.
